Chilli Challenge - event report from your editor Ed 1

Over 60 members and friends enjoyed a stimulating evening of questions supported by good food at Norton Village Hall on Saturday 8th November.

Geoff Cowling set challenging questions on all subjects, but the Norton Village team emerged winners of the close fought competition - emulating their team's performance last year.

During the interval, Chilli or Cheese with baked potato was served  - appropriate for the cold wet weather outside.

The fundraising exceeded £250 and separate donations to the Friends of Sittingbourne Memorial and the Frank Lloyd Home have been made.
