February Fun & Games

On 7th February, members and guests assembled for an evening of equine and entomological enterprise.  In other words, Horse Racing with the (patented) Men of Kent Lynsted Horse Racing Apparatus and a traditional Beetle Drive.  (I suppose strictly - insects of the order Coleoptera).

A fine feast of ham, cheese and salad was enjoyed by all.

A goodly sum was raised for Branch Funds and some will see its way to a donation to a Kent Charity - maybe the Canterbury Cathedral Tile Appeal .

Thanks go to the organisers, those who helped on the evening and, of course, those who attended.

So, its giddy-up and beetle drive to our next event at Bapchild Village Hall on 4th April 2009
